Hi there, Today, I want to talk about something striking that we often ignore. It's possible to be great at something and horrible at another, experiencing freedom in one area and limitation in another. I know what you're thinking, of course, no one can be great at everything! But here's what I mean: Last week, I was listening to a preacher, and he said something that stood out to me: “You can be a great man of God working wonders everywhere and have children who hate you.” Obviously, greatness in your work or calling is a desirable thing, but so is your relationship with your family. What I want to draw from this analogy is that you can focus so much on one area in your life and get excellent results. That's the way of God's universe. You ask, you seek, you knock? You receive, you find, and the door's open. It could be literally anything, from fitness and health to marriage and finance. But unfortunately, competence in one area doesn't just copy and paste into every other aspect of your life. In the places where you are deficient, you need to invest in studying, praying, and doing the work to also experience breakthroughs there. Or, it could remain… the same. Like a mansion with many rooms, your life has different areas that need your attention. And some areas require special attention due to the hurts or trauma you may have suffered in the past. This is a reminder to take some time to work and shed some light on those painful areas. Don't ignore them. You can be free from addictions, break negative patterns, improve your relationships, and learn new skills. Anything is possible if you're ready to do the work. Have the difficult conversations, read on the topic, study people who’ve succeeded in that area, find out what the scriptures say concerning that, and make the effort it requires of you. Easier said than done, I know. But you don't want to get to the end of your life knowing you could've had a richer and more meaningful experience if you had just endured some hard things. Alright, that'll be all for now, until next time. Osose Christabel. Something to think about: What's one area of your life you've been neglecting but you know needs some work?

Hi there! 2025 is gradually coming to a close, and it’s Thanksgiving season. Happy Thanksgiving!💃 In Nigeria, we usually celebrate Thanksgiving at church, an annual event where we thank God for the entire year. Every church chooses a specific Sunday, but it often falls in November or the first 2 weeks of December. In the spirit of giving thanks, I want to highlight a potential obstacle. When we reflect on our year, we tend to think of achievements in terms of monetary or status value. Did we...
Hi there, You know how they say comparison is the thief of joy? Well, don't we know it? When we look around us, we see many amazing people. Good-looking, hardworking, successful, even people you've known for years, and they suddenly seem to be on a different level than you. Feelings of inferiority may begin to seep in. You're not alone. It's a feeling most people experience at some point because we're human. That means we often crave the good things that others have. However, it's not...
Hi there, Let’s talk about how easy it is to talk. I know this from experience. You find something interesting and exciting, you can’t stop talking about it. You talk about the book you're going to read, a course you're going to take, a new skill you’re going to learn, a strategy you wish to implement. You even post about it on socials. But days turn into weeks, and weeks into months. You find something new and inspiring to talk about. However, you either haven’t acted on your previous plans...
