Hi there, Let’s talk about how easy it is to talk. I know this from experience. You find something interesting and exciting, you can’t stop talking about it. You talk about the book you're going to read, a course you're going to take, a new skill you’re going to learn, a strategy you wish to implement. You even post about it on socials. But days turn into weeks, and weeks into months. You find something new and inspiring to talk about. However, you either haven’t acted on your previous plans or you quit for some reason. A few weeks back, I had to pause and tell myself, “You talk too much, do the work consistently first”. I have so many plans, but I haven’t been patient enough with any of them. It’s exciting to share new plans and ideas. You can already picture the end result. “I'll be much knowledgeable if I read this book.” “I'll be much skilled if I take these courses.” “I'll make more money if I implement this strategy.” That's the thing about talking. It's easy and momentarily rewarding. But, do you want to be someone who’s always sharing bright ideas with zero substance or track record? Or, do you want to be someone who says and does? Probably even talks less, but does more. You decide. Leave theoretical and hypothetical scenarios and take a walk through the reality of your plans. Test the waters. How far can you go? There's nothing wrong with talking, but if that's all you do, you'll keep getting dopamine hits from possibilities instead of living them out. Don't just be a talker. Be a doer, an active learner, an action-taker. Alright, that'll be all for now, until next time. Light + Increase, Osose Christabel. Something to think about: What's one thing you've talked about so much but have barely acted on?

Hi Reader! One of the things that's consistent about the most successful humans to have ever walked the planet isn't skill, family connections (some might disagree), talent, or even courage to try new things. It's a strong sense of resilience that demands results. What marks resilience is the ability to get back up again. After a failure, distraction, disappointment, hurt, or just a loooong day that feels like it will never end. That’s something you need to become the next or better version...
Hi Reader! Last week, I talked about setting priorities and being specific about what’s most important to you. Today, let’s talk about enjoying the process as we optimize for great outcomes. You see, Reader, it gets really hard to stick to something when you're yet to see results, especially when it’s time and energy consuming. When your expected outcome doesn’t seem to be coming as fast as you’d like, you wonder when or if they’ll ever come. These moments are where people begin to pivot....
Happy New Year!🥳🎉 I pray 2026 opens you up to significant changes and growth in every area of your life. Have a sweet year!🥂 Let's talk about priorities. It's a new year, and most people have set goals for the year. However, our attention is limited, so there's only so much we can do simultaneously. Because the more you do, the less productive you are. If you split your attention too thin across various activities at the same time, you limit your growth and progress in each of them. That's...
