The Biggest Lesson I Learnt in 2025

Special announcement: Some of my emails have been landing in the promotions tab. Please check them out at your earliest convenience.πŸ™

Also, I won't be sending an email next week Friday, January 2nd. I'll resume on the 9th of January by God's grace. Enjoy the rest of your holiday! Merry Christmas!πŸŽ‰β

Hi there!

2025 has been an intense year for me, but it has taught me a lot. I wanted to share my biggest takeaway with you.

Lessons show us things about life, ourselves, and others we were previously oblivious to. I'll share one thing 2025 made sure I noticed.

The importance of having non-negotiables, defining what matters most, and not slacking on them (being persistent).

I have the habit of taking loooong breaks when things get difficult or uncertain.

But I've learned that it simply delays my progress especially when it's something I'll come back to, why not stick to it instead of wasting weeks and months?

That's something I'm holding onto as I go into the new year. God will help me.πŸ€²πŸ˜…

β€œWhat if you have to do 100 reps and you do 70 now and the next 30 nine months later when you could've done it all in three months or less?” (A still small voice said to meπŸ˜…)

And depending on the kind of activity, it won't just be doing 30 reps at a later date. It'll be starting all over.

It's okay to try new methods, change my approach, and take timely breaks, but it's not okay to abandon important things indefinitely.

What lesson did you learn or reinforce in 2025? I'd love to hear from you.

Alright, that'll be all for now, talk to you in 2026!

Light & Increase,

Osose Christabel.

Hi Reader! We have all that we need to be 1% better today, and repeat tomorrow. We just dislike the idea of starting small, asking for help, looking scrappy and enduring the hard things. We want the posh appearance, the expensive gear, the mainstream mentors, the huge capital.. So when someone asks you why you haven't started yet. You have a lot to say. β€œI don't have money. I don't have a good camera. I can't afford the course. I'm not this, I'm not that..” We love pointing to all that we...

Hi Reader! This is a repost by the way.πŸ™ˆ Enjoy! Ever witnessed a heated debate about the greatest people in a field? Whether it's football, basketball, Hollywood, Kdrama or a comparison of your local universities. Of course, such an argument is to be expected when people pick favourites even among people, places, or things with great qualities. The truth is, every competitor in a β€œwho's the greatest” debate possesses excellent attributes worth admiring and discussing. But, since only a very...

Hi Reader! Last week, I talked about expressing love and gratitude, but let's keep it a hundred, these aren't the only feelings or expressions we manage in our relationships. The closer you are to someone, the more their words and actions could hurt you because you believe they should know and do better. So how do you express hurt, anger, or disappointment without escalating the situation? Take it from someone who's been on both ends, escalating and de-escalating issues, depending on my word...
